Monitor, interpret, and implement US regulatory developments impacting GBG and our core markets, including digital identity, AML, financial services, and gaming—and advocate for GBG’s interests where appropriate.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Americas Senior Leadership Team, offering expert guidance on legal, privacy, regulatory, and cybersecurity matters.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by ensuring the Legal, Privacy, and Information Security teams deliver unified, business-aligned advice that supports customer success and operational excellence.

A strong track record as a senior in-house attorney, with demonstrated success in leading legal teams and influencing executive decision-making.
Extensive experience negotiating high-value, complex commercial and SaaS contracts at pace, with a focus on balancing risk and business outcomes.
Proven ability to streamline and optimize contracting processes, improving efficiency and customer experience.
Deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales, product, technology, and finance teams, and experience operating in global or matrixed environments.
Solid knowledge of US state privacy regulations, with experience implementing compliance frameworks.
Experience advocating for and implementing legislative and regulatory changes, including in emerging or highly regulated sectors.
Exposure to litigation management, with the ability to assess risk and guide resolution strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Subject matter expertise in digital identity, AML, financial services, or gaming regulations.
