About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new clients and commercial partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate companies, social and corporate event organizers, the MICE segment, and others.
  • Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships through commercial initiatives, sales campaigns, training, capacity-building, and relationship activities with the travel trade.
  • Conduct sales visits to prospect new business and maintain the client portfolio, operating within the assigned region and providing support to other regions when necessary.
  • Promote and publicize the group's properties, including current operations, new projects, and launches, strengthening the brand's market positioning.
  • Plan and execute commercial activities with clients and partners, including participation in trade shows, roadshows, travel trade events, fam tours, trainings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build ongoing relationships with clients and strategic partners through networking, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to commercial expansion.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on commercial proposals, negotiations, and quotations in conjunction with the commercial back-office team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and strategic opportunities to expand sales and strengthen the network.
  • Work in partnership with internal departments, ensuring commercial alignment and excellence in the experience of clients and partners.
  • Track commercial KPIs, sales targets, and portfolio performance, aiming to maximize results, revenue, and profitability.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales/commercial roles, preferably in tourism, hotel, or hospitality segments.
  • Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and account management.
  • Experience working with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients, event organizers, and the MICE segment.
  • Experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and new business development.
  • Knowledge of the tourism, hotel, and hospitality market.
  • Experience with external sales visits and participation in trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Valid Category B driver's license (Brazil).
  • Own vehicle.
  • Willingness to work across different regions as required by the company.
