About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain frontend applications (React / JavaScript) and backend services (Java / Spring Boot)
  • Design and implement scalable, secure RESTful APIs
  • Contribute to building systems based on microservices architecture
  • Integrate with external systems and automation platforms (e.g., Weni or similar)
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and development best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, DevOps, Product)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

  • Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Experience consuming and integrating external APIs
  • Advanced knowledge of:
  • - Java (8+)
  • - Spring Boot
  • Frontend development experience with:
  • - JavaScript (ES6+)
  • - React.js
  • Experience developing:
  • - REST APIs
  • - Microservices (RESTful)
  • Knowledge of:
  • - Version control with Git
  • - Relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with conversational/automation platforms such as:

  • - Blip, Dialogflow, Twilio or similar
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
