About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain frontend (React / JavaScript) and backend (Java / Spring Boot) applications
  • Design and implement scalable and secure RESTful APIs
  • Work on building systems based on microservices architecture
  • Perform integrations with external systems and automation platforms (e.g., Weni or similar)
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and development best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture definition
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (UX, DevOps, Product)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Advanced knowledge in:
  • - Java (8+)
  • - Spring Boot
  • Experience with frontend development using:
  • - JavaScript (ES6+)
  • - React.js
  • Experience in developing:
  • - REST APIs
  • - Microservices (RESTful)
  • Knowledge of:
