About the role
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring a correct understanding of needs, translating them into clear, prioritized requirements, and providing continuous support to agile teams throughout the product and project lifecycle, especially in ERP and CRM contexts.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and value.
- Actively work in Jira Cloud, creating, refining, and tracking backlog items.
- Support the Product Owner and the team in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Facilitate alignment among business stakeholders, technology teams, and partner areas.
- Participate in backlog prioritization with a focus on business value.
- Support projects and initiatives involving ERP and CRM, understanding impacts on processes, integrations, and data.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, deliveries, and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud for backlog management, delivery tracking, and metrics.
- Experience with Scrum and agile environments, working with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or similar).
- Previous experience in CRM projects (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
- Knowledge of business process mapping and improvement.
- Experience with functional documentation and requirement models (e.g., BRD, process flows, customer journeys).
- Hybrid experience working as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master or close to the Product Owner role.
- Experience with business metrics and KPIs monitored via Jira.
- Knowledge of integrations between enterprise systems (ERP ↔ CRM).
