About the role

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as a technical reference, mentoring and guiding other developers.
  • Ensure the application of architecture and development best practices.
  • Translate complex business challenges into robust, innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Full mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform limitations, design patterns, and architecture best practices.
  • Expertise in advanced development with Apex, LWC, and complex integrations (event-driven architecture, middleware).
  • Experience leading the technical design of solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD strategies, code governance, and technical debt management.
  • Experience with bots (e.g., implementing/configuring chatbots).
  • Exceptional ability to analyze and resolve the most complex and critical system issues.
  • Excellence in producing technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Fluent English for communication with global teams.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
