About the role

  • Design robust, scalable and high-performance solutions that meet the complex needs of our business and clients.
  • Ensure the platform is used to its fullest potential by aligning the technical vision with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead architecture governance on large-scale, high-criticality projects.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership or architecture roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Mastery of platform limits (governor limits), large data volume (LDV) architecture, and performance strategies.
  • Expertise in integration architecture, including API design (REST/SOAP), integration patterns (event-driven, pub/sub, request/reply), and the use of middleware.
  • Solid understanding of identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and complex security models on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience defining and implementing DevOps strategy, CI/CD, and metadata governance for the platform.
  • Ability to translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into a clear, detailed, and feasible technical solution design.
  • Capability to lead end-to-end design, considering all aspects of the solution: data, security, integration, UI/UX, and scalability.
  • Critical thinking to evaluate trade-offs between different solution approaches (declarative vs. programmatic, build vs. buy) and to justify architecture decisions.
  • Ability to identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural visions to diverse audiences, from development teams to C-level executives.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the business, influencing the technology roadmap and strategic decisions.
  • Ability to lead and technically mentor Tech Leads and Senior Developers, establishing standards of excellence and promoting best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data flows, and decision guides.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and/or specific clouds such as Commerce Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.
  • Fluent English for interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
