About the role

  • We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Salesforce projects to lead end-to-end execution (planning, schedule, costs, risks, scope and quality), coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for predictability and governance, controlling dependencies (integrations, data, security, environments) and providing executive-level communication.

Requirements

  • E2E management: build and maintain the project plan, WBS, schedule, milestones, costs and capacity.
  • Scope and change control, dependencies and requirements alignment.
  • Risk and issue management with mitigation; status reporting and executive communication.
  • Salesforce experience: anticipate risks related to environments (sandboxes/refresh), deployments (windows/rollback), security (SSO/profiles/sharing), data migration/data quality and integrations (contracts/testing).
  • Plan phases: discovery, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
  • Coordinate testing and readiness strategy; define go/no‑go criteria.
  • Execute cutover planning, contingency and post go‑live stabilization.
  • Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 and/or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments and complex integrations.
  • Experience with budgeting, SOWs, vendor management and corporate governance.
  • Organization, assertiveness and ability to manage conflicts and expectations.
  • Resilience, priority focus and predictability.
  • Leadership and coordination without micromanagement.
