About the role

  • Act as a bridge between business areas, stakeholders and the development team.
  • Gather, document and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Write User Stories with clear acceptance criteria aligned to the overall strategy.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring deliveries that provide business value.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives).
  • Analyze processes and propose improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • Map user journeys and identify opportunities for automation and personalization.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliveries.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and governance.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on CRM projects.
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience writing User Stories, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing the backlog.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Fluent English for verbal and written communication with stakeholders and international teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or BA certification).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and BI tools.
  • Experience working on international projects.
