About the role
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Act as a technical reference, mentoring other developers and ensuring the application of architectural and development best practices.
- Translate complex business challenges into robust, innovative technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform limitations, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Expertise in advanced development with Apex, LWC, and complex integrations (event-driven architecture, middleware).
- Experience leading the technical design of solutions with attention to scalability, performance, and security.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD strategies, code governance, and technical debt management.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop other technical team members.
- Ability to communicate and defend architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent technical documentation and architecture diagramming skills.
- Fluent English for communication with global teams.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or other complex Salesforce clouds.
- Experience in technical project management and level-of-effort (LOE) estimation.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and how they integrate with Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
