About the role
- We are looking for an experienced and visionary Salesforce Tech Lead to lead our Salesforce development team.
- The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding the team in building high-quality solutions, defining the technical vision, mentoring developers, and ensuring the health of our Salesforce platform.
- This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems, acting as the bridge between the technical team and business needs.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of IT experience, with most of it focused on the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong technical mastery of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, APIs, data governance, and platform limits.
- Hands-on experience with system architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and code quality tools.
- Experience with Copado is a plus.
- Ability to define and execute a long-term technical vision, including managing technical debt.
- Fluent English for collaboration with global teams.
