About the role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Salesforce Tech Lead to lead our Salesforce development team.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding the team in building high-quality solutions, defining the technical vision, mentoring developers, and ensuring the health of our Salesforce platform.
This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems, acting as the bridge between the technical team and business needs.

Over 7 years of IT experience, with most of it focused on the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong technical mastery of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, APIs, data governance, and platform limits.
Hands-on experience with system architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies.
Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and code quality tools.
Experience with Copado is a plus.
Ability to define and execute a long-term technical vision, including managing technical debt.
Fluent English for collaboration with global teams.
