About the role
- Analyze credit product data to generate business insights, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical SQL queries for exploration, transformation, and analysis of large volumes of data.
- Build, maintain, and evolve data pipelines in AWS, using S3, Glue, Step Functions, and Athena.
- Support analytical data modeling (raw, trusted and curated layers) focused on credit products.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and traceability of the data used in analyses.
- Define, calculate, and track metrics and KPIs for credit products (e.g., origination, usage, delinquency, risk, profitability).
- Create visualizations and exploratory analyses to clearly communicate results to technical and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to translate analytical requirements into scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, subqueries, query optimization).
- Hands-on experience with AWS:
- S3 for data storage;
- Glue for ETL and cataloging;
- Step Functions for workflow orchestration;
- Athena for analytical queries.
- Knowledge of analytical data modeling and concepts of Data Warehouse and Data Lake.
- Experience with data validation, quality controls, and handling inconsistencies.
- Ability to structure product-oriented analyses and business metrics.
- Knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, and supporting data pipelines.
- Experience creating data visualizations and analytical dashboards.
- Experience using Amazon QuickSight to build dashboards, metrics, and self-service analyses.
- Previous experience working with financial data or credit products.
