About the role

  • Plan, execute, and document manual tests (functional, exploratory, and regression).
  • Verify that the layout and interface behavior match the specifications (components, text, responsiveness, etc.).
  • Test key e-commerce flows: navigation, search, catalog, cart, checkout, orders, etc.
  • Log bugs clearly (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, evidence).
  • Track fixes, perform retests, and ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Collaborate with the team to clarify doubts, align acceptance criteria, and support continuous improvement of the testing process.

Requirements

  • Advanced/Fluent English for communication with global teams.
  • Previous experience as a QA / Test Analyst in web applications.
  • Ability to understand complex business flows and integrated systems.
  • Experience writing test cases / test scenarios and organizing evidence.
  • Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills with stakeholders of different profiles (POs, developers, etc.).
