About the role
- Act as a bridge between business, technology and design teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs and technical feasibility.
- Participate in discovery processes and hypothesis validation with stakeholders and users, translating findings into clear, actionable requirements.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, leading alignments with multiple stakeholders and ensuring a shared understanding of deliverables and expectations.
- Support the definition of the roadmap and success metrics together with the Product Manager and involved areas.
- Monitor product metrics (KPIs, NPS, engagement, conversion, etc.) to measure impact and propose continuous improvements.
- Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Design and Business teams to ensure incremental and sustainable value delivery.
- Handle ambiguity, shifting priorities and stakeholder challenges in a structured and proactive manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst in digital products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences (technical, executive, or business).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean Delivery practices.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and generate insights (spreadsheets, dashboards, basic SQL).
- Collaborative, empathetic and resilient profile, with strong time and priority management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Experience with Continuous Discovery or integration with agile squads.
- Experience in products with multiple user types or platforms (B2B/B2C).
- Knowledge of User Story Mapping, RICE Scoring, Design Thinking or Service Design.
- Participation in product communities (PM3, Product Camp, Meetups, etc.).
- Familiarity with management tools such as Jira, Confluence or Monday.
