About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for bringing Gather AI technology to supply chain industry clients
Lead visits to client sites to automate their inventory management
Prepare for deployments and provide continued customer support, including ticket management and issue troubleshooting
Coordinate with the Research & Development team to ensure a smooth deployment process
Handle every aspect of the implementation including warehouse mapping, hardware calibration and testing, documentation, client training, and continued support
Ensure client satisfaction with the product and support provided

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or AS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field,OR
Equivalent experience or aptitude as a technician or in a technically-focused, customer-facing role
Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Forklift certified (or able to become forklift certified within 1 month of hire)
Thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Basic proficiency with 1 or more coding languages (eg Python, C, C++, SQL, etc.)
Experience with generative AI
Ability to travel ~60% of time including some weekends
Valid driver's license
