About the role

  • Responsible for bringing Gather AI technology to supply chain industry clients
  • Lead visits to client sites to automate their inventory management
  • Prepare for deployments and provide continued customer support, including ticket management and issue troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with the Research & Development team to ensure a smooth deployment process
  • Handle every aspect of the implementation including warehouse mapping, hardware calibration and testing, documentation, client training, and continued support
  • Ensure client satisfaction with the product and support provided

Requirements

  • BS or AS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field,OR
  • Equivalent experience or aptitude as a technician or in a technically-focused, customer-facing role
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Forklift certified (or able to become forklift certified within 1 month of hire)
  • Thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Basic proficiency with 1 or more coding languages (eg Python, C, C++, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience with generative AI
  • Ability to travel ~60% of time including some weekends
  • Valid driver's license
