About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews and service consultations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business and recommending solutions that support their success.
  • Partner closely with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Build and maintain customer activity using CRM technology.
  • Achieve or exceed customer retention, revenue growth and activity objectives.
  • Represent Gateway at veterinary conferences, networking events and industry trade shows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of account management, customer success or consultative B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success building and growing long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
  • Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
  • Veterinary, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
