About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct psych evaluations for new and returning patients.
- Perform medication management in accordance with established protocols.
- Evaluate new patients to assess their mental health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Conduct thorough psych assessments on returning patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Follow ups are scheduled during appointment by Provider.
- Charting and complete services.
- Writes prescriptions.
- Works with digital coordinator to coordinate staffing levels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current and valid nursing license in Pennsylvania required.
- Certification in psychiatric nursing is preferred.
- Additional certifications in telehealth or related fields are a plus.
- Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
- Obtain Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances.
- Pass Drug Screen.
- 2 Step TB Test.
