Senior Process Consultant – Mineral Processing, Plants, EPC
GateSource HRSenior Process Consultant for GateSource HR leading performance enhancements in mineral processing plants across North America. Engage with clients and diagnose issues to provide actionable recommendations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead customer discovery to understand flowsheets, KPIs, constraints, and performance gaps
- Diagnose plant issues through on-site assessments, data analysis, and operator engagement
- Design and lead structured sampling and diagnostic campaigns (safe, disciplined, decision-grade)
- Translate findings into clear, implementable improvement recommendations
- Facilitate technical workshops with operators, site leadership, and senior stakeholders
- Coordinate internal technical capabilities including testwork programs and engineering studies
- Produce high-quality customer-facing technical reports in professional English
- Demonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure full site compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in mineral processing, metallurgy, or plant performance consulting
- Strong gravimetric circuit expertise (mandatory)
- Proven track record diagnosing plant issues and delivering performance improvements
- Experience leading sampling campaigns and converting data into decisions
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America
