• supporting trial preparation and litigation logistics
• managing e-filing in state and federal courts
• preparing, updating, and maintaining Tables of Authorities and other legal documents
• conducting legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis
• supporting e-discovery efforts and working within PLF’s e-discovery platform
• drafting, formatting, and organizing documents using Microsoft Word (heavy use)
• taking ownership of assigned tasks and seeing them through independently
• traveling occasionally, as needed, on a case-by-case basis (approximately 5–10%)
