About the role
- 基于 Flutter 框架设计、开发和维护高性能的 Web3 移动端应用（iOS 和 Android），确保良好的用户体验和跨平台兼容性。
- 集成 Web3 协议（如 Ethereum、Solana 等）及相关 SDK（如 Web3.dart、ethers.js）

- 负责钱包相关底层基础库的维护，支持新网络和协议的快速接入。
- 指导与分享：指导初级开发人员，分享 Web3 和 Flutter 开发经验，参与技术决策和架构设计。
Requirements
- 学历与经验： 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 8年以上移动端开发经验，其中至少4年 Flutter 开发经验。
