About the role
- You provide 2nd-level application support for hardware and software and answer customers’ application-related and technical questions
- You receive and handle customers’ telephone and written inquiries independently
- You coordinate tickets to the appropriate contacts within the company
- You document customer requests in our ticketing system
- You commission POS hardware, peripherals and network components
- Depending on workload, you participate in customer projects and contribute to our support portal
- You support our teams with telephone customer surveys and phone campaigns when needed
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), IT Management Assistant (IT Kaufmann/-frau) or have comparable professional experience
- Alternatively, you have several years of experience in IT helpdesk support
- You have knowledge of networking and the motivation to expand it
- You have basic knowledge of system environments: Windows / iOS / Android / Linux
- You are confident using TeamViewer / remote desktop tools
- You communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, at least at C1 level in German and English
- You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays
