About the role
- Create and maintain Revenue Cycle Management reports and dashboards for various business units
- Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup, and governance to ensure data integrity
- Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance system efficiencies
- Support day-to-day operational needs and requests of the RCM team
- Contribute to department goals of meeting key metrics
- Elicit cross-functional stakeholder business needs into well defined, meaningful requirements
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related discipline
- 3-5 years Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Experience with practice management systems
