About the role
- Oversee the integration of operational processes and systems across the clinical company
- Lead and manage integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ensure smooth transitions during mergers or acquisitions
- Serve as a liaison between support center teammates and acquisition targets
- Lead operational assessments and gap analyses at acquisition targets
- Manage and monitor integration work plans using technology products
- Participate and lead strategic initiatives and process improvement activities
Requirements
- 5-7 years in physician practice operations, multi-site management, or healthcare integration
- Strong knowledge of physician practice operations (front office, back office, revenue cycle, EMR workflows)
- Demonstrated success in change management and physician/staff engagement during acquisitions
