• Development, planning and management of our regular promotions to increase revenue and customer retention
• Strategic and hands-on support for our online marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Meta Ads, Email, Affiliate, Display) with the goal of performance optimization
• Monitoring, analysis and reporting of your KPIs across the conversion funnel (e.g., ROAS, POAS, CLV, AOV)
• Close collaboration with Product Management, IT and Customer Experience to further develop our online shop and your channels
• Continuous optimization of landing pages, ads and customer journeys through A/B testing and data-driven insights
• Management of external agencies and service providers in SEA, SEO and content
• Trend and competitor analyses to identify new growth opportunities
