Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (don’t have a degree, but have real-world experience, apply!)
  • 7+ years of work experience in editing, writing, journalism, communications or a similar field
  • 2+ years of experience leading/managing teams and/or developing high-performing individuals and teams
  • Ideal candidate has experience leading remote or hybrid teams
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure by confidently prioritizing critical goals
  • Strong time management, planning and organization skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
