Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (don’t have a degree, but have real-world experience, apply!)
7+ years of work experience in editing, writing, journalism, communications or a similar field
2+ years of experience leading/managing teams and/or developing high-performing individuals and teams
Ideal candidate has experience leading remote or hybrid teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure by confidently prioritizing critical goals
Strong time management, planning and organization skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
