About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the organizational change, product marketing, communications, and enablement efforts for Sales and Services technology initiatives
  • Ensure technology-driven initiatives are successfully adopted and deliver measurable value
  • Conduct comprehensive impact analyses and assess change readiness
  • Develop and execute enablement frameworks and training programs
  • Create and deliver integrated communication strategies to inform and inspire stakeholders
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption and business impact
  • Oversee user support and analyze support ticket trends
  • Foster a culture of simplification and innovation within the team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across Change Management, Communications, and Enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years’ progressive experience in business operations, transformation, enablement, or technology change management
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams; front-line managerial experience in Sales or Service roles preferred
  • Knowledge of change management and enablement principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kirkpatrick)
  • Proven ability to manage complex change and capability-building programs
  • Experience developing and executing strategies to position, promote, and drive adoption of technology products or initiatives
  • Exceptional project/program management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business partner with the ability to influence and build consensus
  • Adept at leading strategic conversations with senior leaders and external partners
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, agility, and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
