About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and continuously improve the product operating system for GDX.
  • Manage the launch readiness and structured execution of key programs.
  • Manage content operations, and drive alignment across business functions.
  • Partner closely with Product Leadership to scale consistent ways of planning, measuring, and launching products.
  • Run multiple Product Ops programs simultaneously: launch readiness, quarterly roadmap readouts, and special projects.
  • Facilitate product launch readiness including product messaging, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
  • Own and improve content operations to support product discovery, adoption, and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Act as point person for US based urgent initiatives like First Takes; publish content using the CMS.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Strategy, or Platform Operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, discovery, and delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical (quant and qual) skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in establishing processes to support product development.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority across cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and overseeing multiple critical projects simultaneously, focusing on actionable solutions and driving initiatives forward.
  • A pragmatic mindset to problem-solving with a ‘can do’ mentality to address underlying challenges effectively.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning complex problems into simple, repeatable systems.
  • A bias for action, including balancing trade-offs, a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do what it takes to get things done.
  • Strong written and presentation communication skills.
