About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high quality, clear, actionable, “must-have research” content focused on talent acquisition
- Bring your experience in talent acquisition strategy and operations to the creation of original research
- Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers or overall needs
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions
- Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events
- Support BTI and Sales: Provide sales support serving as voice of the market
- Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions
- Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 + years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent acquisition processes
- Recent experience in the use and/or implementation of AI in talent acquisition
- Knowledge of talent acquisition functional management, strategies, workflows, processes, metrics and technologies
- Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle areas – candidate sourcing, attraction, assessment, selection, hiring and onboarding
- Experience and comfort advising and working with CHROs and their peers
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent research and writing ability
- Strong communication skills
- Subject matter expertise
