Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience serving as a Chief Marketing Officer, EVP of Marketing, SVP of Marketing, or equivalent senior marketing executive leadership role
5+ years in one of these roles combined with 5+ years in another senior marketing executive capacity
Substantial experience serving as the highest-ranking marketing executive and leading sizable, enterprise-scale marketing organizations
Deep understanding of the Marketing function and the role of the CMO
Strong understanding of the relationship between business strategy and marketing strategy
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and manage ambiguity in executive environments
Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrated executive presence
