About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Deal Support through cross-functional influencing on the highest-value and most complex renewals across Gartner
  • Implement programs supporting Gartner’s retention and growth strategy
  • Create scalable action plans and lead presentations in planning sessions and strategy meetings with senior leaders and Team NCVI partners
  • Collaborate with Client Value Managers and Center of Excellence partners to build business cases for renewal and growth of large deals
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to address Gartner’s retention and growth challenges
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Improve and innovate processes and tools to increase quality and productivity
  • Scale the team’s operational model to deliver exceptional deal support
  • Own actions, measure progress, and lead complex projects through completion with action-driven insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–7+ years of experience completing complex analyses and solving challenging business problems
  • Experience as a business analyst or consultant at a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking associate, or strategy analyst for a leading company
  • Ability to influence leaders to drive business outcomes and growth
  • Ability to synthesize complex problems into concise statements and core messages
  • Ability to present and communicate to key stakeholders and clients
  • Outstanding project management skills involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Forward-thinking ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to client retention
  • Analytical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to clearly present and articulate through PowerPoint
