Lead the Process Improvement & Operations and Associate Engagement & Development teams, setting clear vision, goals, and priorities
Develop and execute operational strategies and process improvements to enhance conference delivery, drive efficiencies, and support business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
10-12+ years of experience in event, sponsorship, or conference operations
Demonstrated success in process improvement, project management, and team leadership
Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational excellence
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
