About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of 28-30 clients, typically software engineering and applications leaders
Deliver value through regular briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars, etc.
Coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives and challenges
Track and report value delivered
Responsible for member retention/renewal of subscription-based services
Collaborate with other Leadership Partners to improve effectiveness and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university graduate (Masters preferred)
20+ years of software engineering leadership experience
Direct reporting to a CIO acting as the Director or Leader of Software Engineering or VP of Enterprise Applications
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent relationship building skills
Experience coaching and mentoring senior executives
Subject Matter Expertise in software engineering or enterprise applications
