Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Business, IT Strategy or Operating Model (ideally within Consulting)
- Fluency in Japanese
- Profound organizational skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as required
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Passion for technology and intercultural collaboration
