Client Success Associate, French Speaking
GartnerClient Success Associate for Gartner ensuring client value and engagement through proactive support and relationship building. Collaborating with Sales teams to demonstrate Gartner products effectively.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license
- Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients
- Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact
- Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges, and articulate the value of Gartner’s renowned products and services
- Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers
- Support continuous improvement strategies that align with team, client, and organizational priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months relevant professional and/or relevant internship experience (sales internships and/or experience a plus)
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Ability to present to individuals, large groups and high influence stakeholders both internally within Gartner and externally
- Well defined Time management and Organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to use French at a business or fluent level (speaking, reading & writing)
