About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create innovative, thought-provoking research offering compelling advice for Gartner clients in multiple formats
  • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
  • Create in-depth analysis that identifies the root causes of clients’ barriers
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by developing independent insights
  • Track and work closely with vendors, emerging technologies and practices
  • Provide individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data
  • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events
  • Provide sales support by serving as voice of the market
  • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes
  • Serve as a mentor and coach by supporting more junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HCM and other core HR technology in enterprise organizations
  • Background in data governance and management
  • Profound understanding of challenges CHROs face as leaders
  • Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multicultural global team
