Key responsibilities & impact

Create innovative, thought-provoking research offering compelling advice for Gartner clients in multiple formats
Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
Create in-depth analysis that identifies the root causes of clients’ barriers
Demonstrate thought leadership by developing independent insights
Track and work closely with vendors, emerging technologies and practices
Provide individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data
Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events
Provide sales support by serving as voice of the market
Identify research process improvements and develop new processes
Serve as a mentor and coach by supporting more junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HCM and other core HR technology in enterprise organizations
Background in data governance and management
Profound understanding of challenges CHROs face as leaders
Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multicultural global team
