About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality actionable advice through various media
- Write provocative and pragmatic research that is clear and actionable
- Provide high quality and timely research content peer review
- Create and deliver presentations for webinars, onsite engagements, and Gartner conferences
- Track vendors, market trends, and emerging practices
- Deliver outstanding sales support to retain and grow the Gartner business
- Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research
- Identify research process improvements or develop new processes
- Mentor and coach more junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience working on Data Integration and Engineering initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Professional Qualification, or 10+ years direct experience in a field related to Data Management
- Subject matter expertise in Data Integration and Data Engineering disciplines
- Familiarity with data integration technology and markets
- Knowledge of data ecosystem and data management platforms
- Understanding of dataOps methodologies for agile engineering
- Hands-on experience with Data Integration and Engineering tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) initiatives and business value ROI
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
