Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a liaison between data engineers, data stewards, product owners, and other IT teams.
Interpret results using a variety of techniques.
Create accurate/timely impact analysis.
Use statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns and trends.
Identify KPIs and develop metrics to track product performance.
Communicate and assist with efforts to resolve data gaps.
Gain domain knowledge in relevant business areas.
Collaborate to create deliverables such as Technical Requirements and User Acceptance Tests.
Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist in test plan creation and user acceptance testing.
Ensure quality through adherence to processes and maintenance of documentation.
Provide support to business/data analysts and project managers.
Manage a small team of data analysts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Data Analyst in an Analytics environment.
4 yr. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field preferred.
2 years of Team Leadership experience.
Advanced SQL skills and understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
Python skills a plus.
Expert knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology.
Well versed with in utilizing tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, Google Suite, MS Visio, Lucid Chart, JIRA, Confluence.
