Key responsibilities & impact

Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content
Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership that aligns with client needs
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify barriers of clients and drive strategy
Provide provocative insights to evolve Gartner's research agenda
Research market trends and predictions for actionable insights
Deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events
Provide sales support and engage clients regularly with Gartner insights
Mentor and coach junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
10+ years of relevant field or industry experience
Direct experience leading Research and Development teams that produce physical products in manufacturing intensive industries (i.e., industrial manufacturing, aerospace & defense, automotive)
Knowledge of portfolio strategy and management across R&D projects
Knowledge of AI and digital transformation methodologies
Knowledge of tech market coverage for R&D digital tools
Strong organizational skills
Excellence in research and writing ability
Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
Strong business and financial acumen
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
