About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first line support to internal clients on HR services and programs
- Communicate and respond to HR inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and development matters
- Support HR Partner, Country HR Manager, and Talent Partner team in data analysis and organizational design
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for associates
- Maintain HR operations and foster a positive workplace environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and verbal English required
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Outstanding customer service skills and sense of urgency in a services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business rules
- Strong report-writing/data analysis skills
- High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
- Organizational Skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently
