Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in IT.
4–6 years hands-on production support experience.
Proficient with Salesforce admin tools, data management, integration methods.
Experience handling escalated technical issues (L2/L2+).
Familiarity with Co-Pilot and GenAI tools.
Excellent communication skills; collaborative team player.
Apttus CPQ/CLM platform support experience is a plus.
Experience performing minor code fixes and deploying solutions is a plus.
