About the role
- Enable a scalable and effective sales organization by leading projects to drive sales productivity
- Partner cross functionally to meet the ongoing operational needs of the sales organization and support sales leaders
- Provide direction, mentorship, and support to Sales Business Analysts
- Work closely with senior sales leaders to understand their priorities and provide actionable insights
- Ensure all analytics and reporting efforts align with the organization’s business and sales strategies
- Oversee sales pipelines and workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required, Masters or advanced degree a plus
- 6+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in a sales operations or business operations function
- 2+ years of leadership experience or desire to begin people manager responsibilities
- Skilled in analyzing complex sales data, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions
- Experienced in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Project Management Skills: Competent in planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
- In-depth understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with familiarity in various sales methodologies and strategies
- Proficient with sales tools and technologies
