About the role

  • Enable a scalable and effective sales organization by leading projects to drive sales productivity
  • Partner cross functionally to meet the ongoing operational needs of the sales organization and support sales leaders
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and support to Sales Business Analysts
  • Work closely with senior sales leaders to understand their priorities and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure all analytics and reporting efforts align with the organization’s business and sales strategies
  • Oversee sales pipelines and workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters or advanced degree a plus
  • 6+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in a sales operations or business operations function
  • 2+ years of leadership experience or desire to begin people manager responsibilities
  • Skilled in analyzing complex sales data, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions
  • Experienced in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Project Management Skills: Competent in planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with familiarity in various sales methodologies and strategies
  • Proficient with sales tools and technologies
