About the role
- Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged "must-have insights" content
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing insights positions across a team of analysts
- Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights
- Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events
- Provide sales support to help Insights teams create content
- Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning
- Experience analyzing workforce trends, forecasting talent needs, and developing strategies to align human resources with organizational goals
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and implement workforce initiatives
- Demonstrate executive presence
- Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
- Excellent research and writing ability
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
- Subject matter expertise
