Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged "must-have insights" content
Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers
Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing insights positions across a team of analysts
Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning
Experience analyzing workforce trends, forecasting talent needs, and developing strategies to align human resources with organizational goals
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and implement workforce initiatives
Demonstrate executive presence
Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
Excellent research and writing ability
Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
Subject matter expertise
