Analyze, design, and build manual and automated test cases based on system requirements and design specification.
Understand functional content of assigned projects.
Apply advanced knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques to test and assure the quality of B2B, B2C software.
Design the overall testing plan and master test schedule for simple level projects.
Perform in a lead capacity role within the team in making decisions for the quality assurance of the project/application.
Analyze defects and recommend quality improvement initiatives for future application/project releases.
Regularly coach and mentor less experienced team members.
Manage requirements, stakeholder expectations, stakeholder communication, and competing priorities.
Understand functional content of assigned projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance domain leading and managing a team.
Ability to roll up your sleeves and perform hands-on tasks.
Experience in designing and automating web application testing using Selenium WebDriver, REST API and Appium testing.
Experience with REST API testing automation.
Must have experience working on AI initiatives.
Knowledge and experience in testing cloud-based SaaS products.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills (both oral and written).
Ability to work with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Understanding of product development lifecycle with specific experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in the use of automated tools used to support testing (e.g. test management, automated testing, defect tracking, etc.)
