About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the HR team and the business to implement HR initiatives
  • Serve as primary point of contact for managers and associates in addressing associate concerns

What you’ll need

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
