About the role
- Author pragmatic and provocative research for Gartner clients
- Support client conversations on compliance functions
- Engage with clients through phone, video and in-person events
- Maintain Gartner’s industry leadership reputation by responding to press inquiries
- Develop risk strategies and frameworks for compliance and regulatory risks
- Leverage data analytics to optimize compliance risk assessments
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics, business or international studies) or equivalent experience
- Post-graduate law or economics degree preferred
- Advising the leadership team/ board of directors on compliance priorities
- Integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence into executive-ready narratives
- Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, ERM, Finance or Internal Audit
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory changes
- Designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise compliance frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
