Requirements

10 years+ as a software engineer and/or solution architect, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
Exceptional software engineering skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
Curiosity and eagerness to constantly learn new technologies.
Ability to manage effectively a team of engineers and AI agents.
Full stack architect/engineer with front-end, back-end, database and cloud expertise.
Front-end: React + Vite + Redux Toolkit.
Back-end: Express.js (ESM), LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI Search, Azure Blob Storage.
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills.
Focus on user experience, security, product quality and operational excellence.
