About the role
- Drive Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Partner with the Strategy & Planning team to gather, synthesize, and pressure-test inputs for the unified marketing calendar and marketing strategic plans
- Coordinate across marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies
- Contribute to the prep, facilitation, and follow-up for strategy and planning cadences
- Standardize Marketing Program & Enhance Operational Efficiency
- Govern and continuously improve planning workflows, cross-team operating rhythms, and structured processes that support clarity and predictability
- Maintain and enhance templates, frameworks, playbooks, and other standardized tools that guide how teams plan and execute work
- Strengthen Strategic Planning’s Operational Excellence
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to package complex information clearly
- Ability to drive structure and organization in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- A systems mindset with interest in improving workflows and organizational effectiveness
