About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of Client Engagement Services business goals and customer needs
- Establish product vision, roadmaps, and release plans that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Monitor technology trends to inform strategy and propose new solutions
- Design and manage operational reporting and automation solutions
- Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications
- Lead a scrum team through backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
- Resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the product
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and other product managers
- Analyze data to generate insights and champion product enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in math, statistics, engineering or a related field desired
- 2+ years of experience in digital product management
- Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders
- Experience managing software development initiatives within Agile frameworks
- Strong ability to prioritize competing workloads and ensure timely delivery
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics, Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business information to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Bias for action with a focus on delivering outcomes
- Track record of thriving in a feedback-driven culture
