About the role

  • Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged research offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for Gartner clients
  • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
  • Create in-depth analysis that identifies the root causes of clients’ barriers or overall needs
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by developing provocative, independent insights
  • Track and work closely with vendors and emerging technologies
  • Provide individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data
  • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials on- and off-stage
  • Provide sales support by serving as voice of the market
  • Provide high-quality and timely content peer review
  • Build credibility as an industry expert
  • Actively participate in innovation, ideation and research discussions
  • Identify research process improvements and/or develop new processes
  • Serve as a mentor and coach by supporting more junior team members

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles
  • Recent ownership of AI implementation and governance
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HR technology and AI initiatives in enterprise organizations
  • Background in AI governance, including working with legal, privacy and compliance teams
  • Profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face
  • Deep first-hand knowledge of the AI in HR tech landscape
  • Track record of successfully guiding HR organizations through AI-driven technological change
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus
  • Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multicultural global team
  • Ability to take peer feedback and provide constructive feedback to others
  • Comfort level with presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
  • Strong business and financial acumen
