About the role

  • Create high-quality, clear, actionable, “must-have insights” and written content in Enterprise Risk Management
  • Research, analyze and predict ERM trends and shifts and provide clients with actionable insights
  • Conduct research and analysis in Risk Management and produce innovative, thought-leading, impactful, analytically deep, fact-based research
  • Apply critical thinking skills to de-construct and frame challenging client questions
  • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions
  • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings
  • Actively participate in innovation, ideation and research efforts to discuss research issues; Collaborate effectively with peers in the Assurance community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in ERM and related areas
  • Deep knowledge of the ERM leader (or Chief Risk Officer) role as well as an industry perspective
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
  • Superior analytical skills while applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
  • Executive presence; credibility with executives and additional stakeholders.
